3. Your preferred pickup day/time
(e.g., 3/28/2026 Saturday 6 PM)
To MAKE a PAYMENT
Once received a confirmation DM, send your payment via the following methods:
1. Venmo (@ellieandbutter)
2. Zelle (###-###-####)
Then, DM to notify us your payment.
PICKUP hours
Weekdays - 4 pm to 8 pm
Weekends - 12 pm to 8 pm
Holidays - Ask

A full refund or store credit will be granted if a cancellation request is received at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to your scheduled pickup day.
